Your Time and My Time Are Sacred Cancellation Policy A reservation deposit is required to secure all appointments and will be applied toward the total cost of your service. Rescheduling Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment date. Late Cancellations Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice, including same-day cancellations, will be charged 100% of the scheduled service amount. The deposit will be retained, and the remaining balance will be charged to the card used to secure the appointment. No-Call, No-Show Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service amount. The deposit will be retained, and the remaining balance will be charged to the card on file. Future Bookings Clients with a history of no-call, no-show appointments will be required to pay 100% of the service cost upfront when booking future appointments. Travel & Arrival Skyn & Soul is a luxury mobile wellness service. Please ensure there is adequate space available for your treatment setup before your appointment.
